The Red Embroidery realizza le spille commemorative per la cerimonia della stella di Pavarotti sulla Walk of Fame di LA.
Sono quaranta le spille con la stella ricamata con un filo d’oro giapponese create dalle mani sapienti di Mariagrazia Pini – The Red Embroidery.
Le spille sono state realizzate per i quaranta ospiti che presenzieranno alle cerimonia della posa della stella di Pavarotti sulla Walk of Fame di Los Angeles.
L’artista italiana Mariagrazia Pini che da poco ha creato il suo brand ‘The Red Embroidery’ è stata scelta da Albedo Pruduction di Bologna per omaggiare gli ospiti invitati a celebrare il grande tenore italiano nella cornice hollywoodiana.
Le spille commemorative sono pezzi unici. Come per tutti i lavori dell’artista i materiali sono di recupero e per la stella di Pavarotti ha scelto un raso nero che simboleggia un cielo notturno su cui risaltano un piccolo pianeta di seta e la STELLA dorata.
Assieme, le quaranta spille rappresentano una costellazione fantastica dedicata al grande Maestro.

The Red Embroidery has created the commemorative pins for the celebration of the star of Luciano Pavarotti on the walk of fame in LA.
Forty are the pins I’ve embroidered with a star made of a Japanese golden thread. Forty as forty are the guests that today, the 24th of August, at 11:30 a.m. (8:30 p.m. in Italy) will attend the ceremony of the Star on the walk of fame in Los Angeles.
The Red Embroidery has been chosen by Albedo Production to pay homage to the guests invited to celebrate the big Italian tenor in the hollywoodian frame.
All the pins are unique. Not two are identical. As for all my works, even for this occasion I’ve used reclaimed materials: on a black silk satin tissue that symbolises a nocturnal sky I embroidered a tiny silk planet and a golden star.
Together the forty pins represent a fantastic constellation dedicated to The Maestro.
